Apple Fangirl

I spent the whole morning cleaning. I keep telling myself I should’ve gotten back into blogging at the beginning of this pandemic but over three months in and I’m just now starting to follow-through. In my defense, it’s because I’ve been doing so much cleaning, organizing, and finally completing all those home improvement projects I’ve been planning since we moved in 12 years ago. However, today was a special day of cleaning. I finally got out the step stool and climbed up to that upper shelf in my laundry room where I’ve been stuffing all my Apple product boxes over the years. Today is the day they are all going in the trash (hopefully to be recycled since that’s why my trash service says they do).

I’ll start by saying that this was quite an endeavor. I made so many trips up and down the stairs with my boxes that my Apple Watch recorded 7 minutes of exercise – SCORE! So here it is, all the boxes…

lots of  boxes. LOTS.

I know. This is nuts. I’m nuts. And, this isn’t even all of it. I already got rid of a few MacBook boxes. My Mac Mini boxes are nowhere to be found, there are also a few Apple TV boxes missing, and I’ve had at least two iMacs that I can recall. Yes, folks, I have a problem. I am an Apple Fangirl for life.

Here’s another image so you see some of the older boxes. I felt bad getting rid of them. Confession: I couldn’t bring myself to give away the Limited Edition U2 iPod box.

Before I threw them all out, I of course went through them all to make sure I didn’t throw out anything I might regret. Check out the loot! I have enough Apple stickers to last me a lifetime.
