People always tell me that Ethan looks just like Brian. It’s true (not to mention lucky for him). I think he looks mostly like Brian but I can spot a few of my distinctive features – like the dimple he has on his right cheek. You can only see it when he makes certain expressions and smiles. He has it, I have, and my mother had it. But the one thing that I think isn’t at all Brian’s are Ethan’s eyes. People say that Ethan has my eyes. I agree. But, his are so much bigger – just like my mom’s. It’s very sad for me to think about the fact that my mom will never know Ethan. But every time I look at him I see her looking back at me. It’s kind of eerie but also somewhat comforting. She’s always with us in spirit.
