In 2006, I spent two weeks in Saba and St. Maarten, N.A.  I was staying at the Royal Islander with the parents and grandparents.  I was diving with Luciana and Jeferson at Ocean Explorers; if you are ever in St. Maarten, you should definitely dive with them (I have been diving with them for four years and they are the best!).  Make sure that you check out the shark diving video at the bottom of the page!
