Jeff Granito is one of our favorite tiki artists and is extremely well known in the tiki community. This morning, he reminded us that it’s Stitch Day.

June 26th is loving referred to as Stitch Day because this cuddly alien’s experiment name in the movie Lilo and Stitch was “Experiment 626”. Those who know me know that Stitch is one of my all-time favorite Disney characters. In fact, I love him so much, I named my car after him because when the rear doors on my Tesla Model X are open, they look like Stitch’s ears.
