Ethan received this Chatter Telephone from our friend Teena as a present shortly after he was born. Brian and I both had this toy when we were a kid so you know it’s a classic. Sadly, it says 12+ months on the box so it’s been tucked away in Ethan’s closet ever since we received it. Today, I had a hard time tearing Ethan away from a Kaplan learning phone at daycare. Every time I tried to stand him up he sat back down and reached for the phone again. So, after finally convincing him that I would give him a telephone when we got home we left daycare. As soon as we got home I pulled out the Chatter Telephone from the closet, snapped the picture above, and then pulled out the phone for Ethan. Consensus…he loves it!
